A Brief History

Astra Music was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 2008, under the label "Deep Ocean Records," founded by the Producer and Audio Engineer, Maks Lamar. Serving as a creative hub, it has been home to renowned artists like Fragma and DJ Tarkan, with support from electronic music luminaries such as Paul Van Dyk, Markus Schulz, and Hernan Cattaneo on their live sets.
                             In June 2009, we opened our doors to the public with a state-of-the-art audio studio, where we have had the privilege of mixing and mastering music for esteemed artists like Gloria Gaynor, Afrojack, David Hasselhoff, Jon Secada, and Benny Mardones.
